These (1-2 minute) movement therapy sessions are for everyone who wants to use Labor Gymnastics as a tool to promote health at work and prevent occupational diseases.


The exercises are divided into 3 major categories: Cervical Spine, Upper Limbs and Lower Limbs. They may be completed in different time schedule or in combination, at one time, during your PRODUCTIVE PAUSE moment. It can be performed seated, if preferred. Do it at your desired time or be reminded through text during your busy day.


Speed, time, breathing and execution posture are essential elements for the correct performance of each exercise, and especially for obtaining the desired result. And it must be used at the right time, in the right way, and by the right person.


Respect your limits. This is not a competition. Remember to breathe and focus at this very moment to maximize your movement therapy!
